Mark your calendars! The HCC Forestry Club will be hosting the 2008 Mid-Atlantic Woodsmens meet and STIHL® TIMBERSPORTS® Collegiate Challenge on Saturday, April 12. We'll be welcoming Penn State Mont Alto, Penn College of Technology, Montgomery Community College, and Allegany College of Maryland to campus for a day of lumberjacking! Events kick off at 9:00 am with archery and dendrology and continue all day. The STIHL® TIMBERSPORTS® Collegiate Challenge happens at 12:30 where one competitor from each team will vie for a spot in the STIHL® Intercollegiate Championship in Columbus, Georgia this summer.
